Learning & Development Specialist (Local to Sacramento, CA) We are looking for a skilled Learning & Development Specialist to support Learning Technology and Training Administration for a leading organization. ?Location:
Sacramento, CA (Onsite) ?Duration:
~21 weeks (32 hours/week, potential extension) ?Start Date:
June 29 (Immediate joiners preferred) ?Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Cornerstone LMS (content upload, organization, reporting)
- Provide LMS technical support to end users
- Handle training workflows and reporting via ServiceNow
- Coordinate with vendors ( Learning, Skillsoft) for content integration and troubleshooting
- Maintain eLearning content and build custom learning paths
- Manage scheduling and training logistics ?
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Cornerstone LMS administration (enterprise environment)
- 2+ years of ServiceNow (ticketing, workflows, reporting)
- Strong experience with learning technologies and content integrations
- Advanced Microsoft Office & Point skills
- Excellent organizational and troubleshooting abilities ?
