Job Description

Analyst / Associate - Real Estate Development & Acquisitions (Irvine, CA)I'm partnering with a growing, well-capitalized real estate investment and development firm in Orange County that is looking to add an Analyst or Associate to their team.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership across both acquisitions and development initiatives, with exposure spanning the full lifecycle from deal evaluation through stabilization.
What You'll Work On:
Underwriting and financial modeling for new investment opportunitiesSupporting ground-up development and value-add strategiesMarket research, due diligence, and investment memo preparationPortfolio and asset-level performance analysisCross-functional collaboration with development, asset management, and capital partners
Ideal Background:
2+ years of experience in real estate (acquisitions, development, investment sales, or related)Strong financial modeling and analytical skill setExposure to multifamily asset class highly desirableHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a development-focused platformBachelor's degree in Finance or related
