This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership across both acquisitions and development initiatives , with exposure spanning the full lifecycle from deal evaluation through stabilization.

Underwriting and financial modeling for new investment opportunities Supporting ground-up development and value-add strategies Market research, due diligence, and investment memo preparation Portfolio and asset-level performance analysis Cross-functional collaboration with development, asset management, and capital partnersIdeal Background:
2+ years of experience in real estate (acquisitions, development, investment sales, or related) Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set Exposure to multifamily asset class highly desirable Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in growing within a development-focused platform Bachelor's degree in Finance or relatedWhy This Opportunity:
