Job Description

Aortic stenosis impacts millions of people globally, yet it often remains under-diagnosed and under-treated. Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. How you'll make an impact: Partners with stakeholders to develop and lead the execution of educational programs for health care providers and internal product trainings/sales trainings. Develop internal and external (e.g. customer facing) training materials and programs (e.g., speaker programs, proctor webcasts) in collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal) Manage training material and documentation- Support internal and external audits Establish relationships with cross-functional teams, external vendors, training faculty members, and key KOL physicians. Improve training programs Manage virtual training programs: Organize and manage all event details such as CVENT, invitee list, post program documentation Expense reporting for programs and HCP travel Travel Logistics for speaker training programs- flights, car service, and hotel Define metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact Assist in HCP payments through HCPE Travel to support Physician Training programs - 25-30% Other incidental duties What you'll need (Required): H.S. Diploma or equivalent 3 years' experience Experience in sales, marketing or healthcare industry Required Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred What else we look for (Preferred) Good organizational and project management skills Good computer skills in MS Office Suite Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills Solid knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to physician training Solid knowledge of regulatory and AdvaMed requirements Solid knowledge of learning and development and training principles Strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Ability to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships Solid Knowledge in CVENT Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $74,000 to $104,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
