Retail Sales Trainer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Speaks Spanish Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with transactions, including cash handling and operating the POS system accurately. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Supervise and train new team members on sales strategies and store policies. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed effectively. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math concepts is advantageous.
