They are seeking to add personnel to the Account Development team to bring a creative approach to client service while supporting sales efforts.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Development Specialist is responsible for helping clients develop drinkware-specific marketing campaigns. Responsibilities may include product suggestions tailored to each opportunity, procurement of product samples, collaboration with internal teams to develop virtual mockups for individual brands, pricing support, and more. This role serves as a brand consultant, helping customers tell their clients' stories through product and decoration methods. The Account Development team collaborates closely with the Regional Sales team and Customer Experience team to provide well-rounded support.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers Welcome and engage new accounts within the assigned regional territory Provide quotes via email or phone, including formal high-volume quotes Coordinate virtual proofs, physical samples, and spec sample requests to support agency presentations Maintain knowledge of product features and available services Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers Identify recurring program opportunities with agencies and the Regional Sales Manager; create and maintain program quotes, including quarterly updates Update CRM systems with contact information and log follow-ups for all active projects Manage daily and weekly follow-ups to support client campaign needs Perform additional responsibilities as required
