Pay:

Up to $45.00/hr BOE. Must be a US Citizen Sorry NO C2C or third party resumes As a Product Trainer 1, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that elevate user proficiency across various applications. Designs and administers computer applications training programs (including visual aids) to train all levels of personal. Develops training tests and evaluates work. Coordinates class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness. Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques. Candidate must know GLX global learning exchange system and have experience creating content in GLX.

Key Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience with GLX (Global Learning Exchange) systems Proven ability to develop training content using iSpring, including tests, visuals, and voiceovers Strong understanding of instructional design, training assessment, and evaluation techniques Excellent organizational and communication skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience creating content specifically in GLX Familiarity with certification generation processes related to

LX Preferred Education & Experience:

Relevant background in training, instructional design, or a related field Experience in a technical or IT training environment is highly valued
