Full-Time | 6+ Month Consultant Assignment Requires 3+ years of experience working with GLX (Global Learning Exchange) Shape the Future of Learning in Aviation PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading force in the aviation industry to find a skilled and innovative Product Trainer. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in empowering teams through impactful, technology-driven training programs. Your work will directly influence workforce readiness, operational excellence, and the successful adoption of critical systems across the organization. What You'll Do As a Product Trainer, you'll design, develop, and deliver engaging training experiences that drive real results.

Your day-to-day will include:

Creating dynamic training programs using computer-based tools and visual learning aids Developing iSpring content including tests, visuals, voiceovers, and LX certification materials Administering and facilitating training sessions for employees at all levels Designing and implementing evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness Coordinating class logistics and ensuring seamless training delivery Staying current on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in IT and technical training Leveraging the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) system to build and manage learning content What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with GLX (Global Learning Exchange) Proven ability to design and deliver technical training programs Strong communication and presentation skills Experience evaluating training effectiveness and learner outcomes This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pay Details:
