Schedule:

Monday-Thursday) We are seeking an experienced Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role focuses on developing engaging learning content, administering training sessions, and evaluating effectiveness using modern instructional tools and platforms. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) system and a strong background in creating interactive training materials, including eLearning modules and certification content.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop computer-based training programs for employees at all levels Create engaging instructional materials including visuals, voiceovers, and assessments Develop and administer training tests to evaluate learning outcomes Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and materials preparation Conduct instructor-led and/or virtual training sessions Build and manage training content within the GLX (Global Learning Exchange) system Develop iSpring-based eLearning modules, including certifications and assessments Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements as needed Stay current on learning trends, tools, and instructional design best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

3+ years of experience working with GLX (Global Learning Exchange) Experience developing training content and instructional materials Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple training initiatives and deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with iSpring for eLearning content development Background in instructional design or corporate training environments

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
