Basic knowledge of hardware, software and network installation, diagnosis, repair and maintenance methods, techniques and procedures ? Previous experience in classroom instruction is desirable ? Previous experience researching and finding educational software, working with teachers to implement education software, and training staff on use of educational software is desirable ?
