We operate in a fully integrated train-to-treat, treat-to-train model where performance, rehabilitation, and recovery are not separate services—they are one system. Our work is collaborative, precise, and built around long-term outcomes. We are hiring a Sports Therapy Assistant to work directly with our Founder and Chief Clinical Officer, Jonathan Pierce, supporting both clinical care and the day-to-day execution that allows a high-level practice to operate with excellence. Jonathan's clinical volume, expertise, and outcomes set the standard within our organization. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in doing things well, pays attention to detail without being asked, and wants to build a meaningful career in this field—not just gain experience and move on. What This Role Actually Is You will work side-by-side with a top-producing clinician, helping deliver care to a wide range of clients—from youth athletes to professionals to general population adults who expect a high standard.
You will be responsible for:
Supporting treatment sessions and clinical flow Maintaining precise, timely documentation Managing the operational details that allow care to run seamlessly Communicating clearly with clients and team members Contributing to a collaborative environment where training and treatment inform each other This is not a passive role. Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field Strong organizational and administrative ability Clear written and verbal communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment Preferred (but not required) : Athletic Trainer Certification Massage Therapy License or other "touch license" Experience in personal training, rehab assisting, or similar environments ART Certifications Dry Needling Certifications Postural Restoration Institute Certifications Responsibilities Support clinical sessions and assist with treatment flow Maintain accurate and timely client documentation Communicate with clients regarding care, scheduling, and services Manage scheduling, billing, and front desk responsibilities as needed Uphold a high standard of client experience and professionalism Work collaboratively with therapists, trainers, and leadership Contribute to a clean, organized, and well-run environment Growth & Development This role offers: Direct exposure to a high-level clinical practice Ongoing weekly education with therapists and trainers A clear path for increased responsibility based on performance Opportunity for advancement into clinical or leadership roles over time We invest in people who take their development seriously.
