Position Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Training Analyst to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing, managing, and delivering comprehensive formal training programs for the ICADS Family of Systems (FoS). This crucial role ensures training materials are aligned with rapid prototyping and fielding schedules, while maintaining compliance with Navy standards such as
PADDIE+M, NAVEDTRA
M-142, and
OPNAVINST 1500.76E.
The Training Analyst will bridge the gap between system acquisition and fleet readiness by managing initial and interim training phases and facilitating a seamless transition of training capabilities to designated agencies for ongoing support. This is a vital position for military training development, requiring collaboration with operational teams and adherence to strict technical and policy standards.
Top Requirements:
Active TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design (ISD) or 15+ years of leadership/operational experience in a Navy or joint military environment Extensive knowledge of Electronic Warfare, Cryptologic Systems, and Information Warfare operations Proven experience in instructional design, military training development, and familiarity with NTSP, JDTA, and
PADDIE+M
