HR Workforce Development Student Intern

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Student Intern for our client in San Jose. We are seeking a motivated and organized Workforce Development Intern to support a variety of employee training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Support Workforce Development programs, projects, and training initiatives. Create marketing and communication materials, including flyers, brochures, newsletters, surveys, invitations, and toolkits. Analyze training data and reports to identify trends and provide recommendations. Research training resources and learning tools to enhance employee development programs. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and organization. Assist with live classroom training sessions and support learning opportunities for District employees.

Qualifications:

Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills. Organized self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging training and marketing materials. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus. Photography, videography, video editing, or outdoor work experience is a plus.
