Training Support Specialist (Contract - 3+ Months)

3+ Month Contract About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Support Specialist to join a leading biotechnology organization focused on advancing innovative cell therapy treatments. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals interested in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality systems, and training operations. The Training Support Specialist will support manufacturing readiness initiatives, GMP training programs, and personnel qualification activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a science-related educational background, and an interest in learning within a regulated biotech environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development, revision, and maintenance of GMP training curricula and certification programs. Assist with coordination and execution of Instructor-Led Training (ILT), SOP-based training, and knowledge assessments. Support assignment, tracking, and documentation of training completion within Learning Management Systems (LMS). Assist in creating training materials, presentations, and training assessments. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content aligns with operational and regulatory requirements. Support training effectiveness evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain organized, accurate, and inspection-ready training records and documentation. Assist with administrative activities related to personnel qualification and training compliance. Required Qualifications Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience or internship exposure within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environments. Knowledge of GMP, GxP, SOPs, or quality systems. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as GxPLearn, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar platforms.
