We practice play-based, trauma-informed ABA aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), inside an integrated care center where collaboration with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers is part of daily practice. Compensation and role design:
Base pay: $22.50 - $28.50/hour , with signing bonuses available upon offer! Additional bonuses available if you are planning on testing within 3 months Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week) , learning and practicing the key skills to become a high-quality BCBA. This is a full-time position. This exciting opportunity is a role designed for individuals who are actively in their coursework to become a BCBA and are accruing practicum hours. Guaranteed BCBA role at Soar following the passing of the BCBA exam and meeting program expectations (location will depend on local staffing needs).Support and training:

Serve as a case supervisor for 2-4 client cases (10-20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT) Training and coaching to be provided Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar's in-house curriculum Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists Conduct direct client therapy (15-25 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progressQualifications:
