What we expect from you You will work with industry-leading clients to redesign and elevate their operations, transforming inefficient processes into high-performance ways of working.
You will:
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify improvement opportunities. Map and assess end-to-end processes to uncover inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Lead and facilitate transformation and redesign workshops with client teams. Redesign operations to drive measurable performance improvements. Translate strategic objectives into practical, executable solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role carried out at customer sites, with direct access to decision-makers and leadership teams ???? Your profile Professionals with 2-5 years of experience Graduated (Bachelor's or Master's - Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or (Technical) Business Administration). Legal permission to work in the country you are applying for, without the need for employer sponsorship Analytical, curious, and driven to solve problems Proactive mindset, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a challenging environment A true team player with empathy and strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and foster collaboration Project management knowledge, including the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with teams to meet client objectives Willing to travel and work on-site (driving licence B required).
