Base Salary + Uncapped Commission ($125,000 - $400,000+)
Job Description:
This is a field-based sales and business development role focused on generating new clients and building relationships with property owners who have experienced damage (fire, water, storm, etc.). This position requires a high level of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial markets Educate potential clients on the claims process and available services that a public adjusting firm offers Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business Serve as the initial point of contact and build client relationships Manage territory and sales pipeline independently
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a hunter-style role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to travel (drive/fly) frequently across Colorado and the region Ability to handle high pressure or sensitive situations professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in insurance is perferred An active Colorado adjuster license is perferred
Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary plus industry leading commission structure High earning potential ($125K - $400K+) Ongoing training and support as needed Comprehensive benefits package and 401

This is a sales role focused on relationship building and guiding clients through a critical time. The position offers significant income potential for individuals who are driven, competitive, and have the ability to travel. This is job is working for an insurance company but does NOT require you to come from the insurance industry. A strong/exceptional background in Sales is considered more than insurance.
