Client Advisor About Safety One Training:
Safety One Training International is the industry leader for at-height fall protection, safety & rescue and backcountry snowcat operation training. Our team is focused on equipping professionals who work in hazardous environments with skills, techniques, knowledge and products to stay safe and productive. Based in Littleton, Colorado we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for solving fall protection equipment needs for our students and customers. Client Advisors at Safety One Training are responsible for interacting with training leads including all aspects of the sale process related to booking training. Additionally, they are accountable for handling the logistics with delivering training, providing appropriate insurance documentation and associated materials. This position is also responsible for collecting and disseminating relevant information for students and instructors. Topics offered may include; Fall Protection and Rescue for communication, electric utility towers, Rooftop or Water Tower, Wood Pole, Bucket Truck, Aerial Lift, Confined Space; Operation and Survival for, Snowcats, ATV/UTV; Rope Access (SPRAT); Rigging; and other related areas. Follow up with leads (email, website, tradeshow, handoffs, etc.) within one business day Through appropriate channels of communication discuss current training, future training needs and discover areas of opportunity for Safety One clients and perspective clients Create, track and deliver formal quotes that meet the needs of perspective clients via appropriate software system Develop and oversee a process to effectively follow up on quotes previously provided to clients Work with Business Development to create and provide quotes for customers provided via that channel Close sales opportunities. Track and log then improve techniques from lost opportunities Profile and log prospective leads Uncover current industries, number of climbers, training partners, equipment in service, etc. and pass leads to Safety Equipment Representative Update relevant information in Customer Relationship Management software package Conduct and log proactive sales calls weekly to achieve weekly KPI goals Develop Class schedule With the input from the General Manager, formulate an open enrollment schedule to meet client's needs based on previous relationships and training locations at least three months in advance Update Safetyoneinc.com, google calendar, various industry websites with current schedule Facilitate training/class logistics Complete instructor and student information sheets in a timely manner for each class Provide proof of insurance, add additional insured, and related documents for each host facility Identify and oversee booking of host facilities (classroom, tower, pole yard, training facilities, etc.) Complete, track and obtain necessary permits in a timely manner (for use of forest service land before close of submission dates, etc.) Collect and process payment for classes Process credit card payments and apply to appropriate clients Review and collect on open, aging accounts Process Bids Ensure Safety One is current on various bid platforms Develop, process and submit bids as RFQ/RFPs are received Additional duties include: Consultant for instructors on sales related matters Complete expense reports with required documentation and provide to the General Manager in a timely manner Assist the Pro Shop and receptionist with office related tasks Attend relevant industry tradeshows Assist with Office Logistics related duties as required Process and review student surveys Log student attendance as appropriate (class confirms, etc.) CRM maintenance and auto-reminder emails Update content on company websites including, bios, blogs, class content, etc. Create, process, send and optimize marketing email campaigns Other duties as required
Requirements:
This position reports directly to the General Manager Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success Experience working with CRM systems Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships Comfort working in an office environment, may require extended periods of sitting, or standing and working with a computer.
