The Application Trainer delivers training on ProHealth Physicians' Epic applications to all ProHealth staff through classroom, online and one-on-one instruction; provides Epic coaching and support to end users; conducts workflow analysis, process design and training of staff as related to implementation and use Epic; assists with revising, technical and non-technical, manuals for end users and classroom training material for clinical and non-clinical users of ProHealth information systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver Epic application training through one-on-one sessions, virtual platforms, and classroom-based instruction Conduct practice site visits and provide application support for assigned clinical and non-clinical regions Assist in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of training materials and educational resources Support ProHealth initiatives and programs related to Epic applications and end-user adoption Triage Epic Help Desk tickets to assess training-related issues and escalate complex technical concerns to Epic analysts as appropriate You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a healthcare delivery environment, preferably within a primary care setting Demonstrated experience developing, presenting, and delivering Electronic Health Record (EHR) training programs for adult learners Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to create professional training and documentation materials Proven excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
Preferred Qualification:
Epic Cadence, Prelude, MyChart and Ambulatory Care certification and hands-on experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
