$25.00 per hour Required Qualifications Previous SOC (Security Operations Center) experience Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to follow and teach standard operating procedures Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a fixed weekday schedule 7:00AM-3:00PM Key Responsibilities Deliver training for SOC officers on daily operations, incident response, and reporting Train staff on SOC systems, tools, and communication protocols Support onboarding of new SOC personnel Conduct refresher training and skills checks as needed Maintain training records and provide feedback to leadership on training needs About the Role We are looking for a SOC Trainer to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Wilton. In this role, you will train new and existing SOC officers on procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure high-quality security operations. #CTWMA
