Job Description:
Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Corporate Trainer to join their client's team in Newark, Delaware. The Corporate Trainer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee performance, support organizational objectives, and ensure operational excellence. This position requires collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and monitor training effectiveness across the organization. Responsibilities Evaluate course materials and training programs based on participant performance and feedback; collaborate with Senior Management to implement necessary updates and improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and provide ongoing status reporting to teams, managers, and senior leadership. Clearly communicate trade-offs, risks, and dependencies to support informed decision-making across training initiatives. Monitor and evaluate in-house Trainers and trainees' performance by developing and administering assessments; analyze results to identify gaps in job readiness and implement targeted improvements to training programs. Manage the delivery and execution of all training initiatives, ensuring employees at all levels are properly trained in relevant policies, procedures, systems, and best practices. Apply adult learning principles to design and deliver engaging, effective training programs that accommodate diverse learning styles and demographics. Continuously assess the effectiveness of training tools, materials, and delivery methods, making enhancements to improve engagement, retention, and performance outcomes. Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate training records, metrics, and reporting to support compliance and performance tracking. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, learning & development, or a related field (banking or financial services experience preferred). Proven experience designing and delivering training programs in a corporate or regulated environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Experience developing training materials, assessments, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training tools. Education Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field required. Relevant certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD, SHRM, or similar) preferred. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, fully onsite in Newark, DE.
