This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
Schedule:
40-hour workweek | M-S 10-7, Sun 10-6 | Generous PTO, no blackout dates.
Culture:

What You Bring:
Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs. alone and over 25 lbs. with assistance. Abilit to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings. Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude Comfort with POS systems Leaders maintains a drug-free workplace where Medical Marijuana is not allowed.
