Location:
Delray Beach, FL- onsite 5 days a week (must be local as final round is onsite interview)
REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an IT trainer, training coordinator, or similar role. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in various IT domains. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) or other training platforms.
