Looking to connect with:
  • Development Directors / Development Managers
  • Assistant Project Managers-1-3 years of experience in LIHTC
  • Associate Project Managers (some stepping into PM responsibilities) 3-4 years of experience in LIHTC as an Assistant Project Manager
  • Project Managers 4+ years of LIHTC project management
  • Senior Project Managers- 6+years of project management
  • Acquisition Analysts 2-4 years of experience in LIHTC acquisitions
  • Asset Management Professionals Ideal backgrounds:
  • 2-20 years of experience in real estate development or acquisitions or asset management LIHTC)
  • Affordable housing exposure (LIHTC, HUD, 4% and 9% tax applications)
  • MRED or similar real estate/finance background
  • Strong financial acumen + ownership mentality
