Follow up:

Has excellent follow up skills. When coaching of any kind is given this role requires consistent follow up to make sure the progress required was completed. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency Work with the corporate office to implement national initiatives and programs Conduct regular performance evaluations of General Managers and provide coaching and feedback Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures Conduct performance audits and helps developing Franchise locations. Requirements Be able to travel to all Mister O1 locations 2+ years experience in a F&B industry or Hospitality Must be passionate for customers Must give the extra mile every time possible Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills
