Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop the land development team Identify, suggest, and secure projects from new and existing clients Provide guidance and direction for the land development team Coordinate and communicate with other staff, departments, municipalities, and private land development clients Manage projects Develop and manage client relationships

Requirements:
