Full Job Description Aviation Training Instructor Overview:
TalentoHC has partnered with a global airline, leader in charter and cargo service looking for a Training Instructor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver instructor-led training for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, including Gen Fam, systems, and advanced-level courses Facilitate training across multiple aircraft types (e.g., Boeing 737/767/777 and Airbus
A220/A320/A330
) Develop and update training materials, manuals, and course content to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Support curriculum development, including creation of new Gen Fam and technical training programs Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure knowledge retention and technical competency Partner with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to align training with operational needs Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and company training standards Assist with audits and maintain proper training documentation and records
Requirements:
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License Proven experience as an Aircraft Technical Trainer or Instructor Strong working knowledge of Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft systems Experience delivering Gen Fam and technical training (advanced/120-hour level preferred) Background in aircraft maintenance, inspection, or engineering Familiarity with FAA regulations and training compliance requirements Prior airline or MRO experience Talento Human Capital is an equal opportunity employer people are at the center of what we do!
