Job Description

This is an internship specifically for UCF students. As an HGV Intern, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Learn the processes and procedures for their designated business unit. Shadow multiple areas within Resort Operations Co-facilitate development programs as appropriate Partner with business leaders to schedule all aspects of training delivery (both instructor led and virtual) as needed Assist in the discovery and design of identified development programs Assist in the compilation and presentation of program data Gain working knowledge of the Oracle LMS Attend a Sales Presentation and gain an understanding of the overall sales process Prepare a final report outlining work on assigned projects to a panel of senior leaders at the end of the program. Attend multiple development opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as outlined in the program. Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Always model the Hilton Grand Vacations Values when interacting with guests both internal and external. Strong computer skills and skilled with Microsoft Office Product Suite.
