This is not a corporate training or general learning-and-development role. We are looking for someone with direct experience hiring, training, and coaching in-home sales reps in a home improvement or other one-call-close sales environment . Florida Home360 is a fast-growing home improvement company serving South Florida. We specialize in high-quality impact windows, doors, and roofing, with an in-home sales process built around professionalism, structure, and strong customer experience. We are looking for a Sales Recruiting & Training Manager to help us build a stronger pipeline of talent, improve onboarding, and develop new sales representatives through their first 90 days.
Position Summary:
The Sales Recruiting & Training Manager will oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and early-stage development for new sales representatives. This role is responsible for bringing in quality candidates, running a structured training program, and helping new reps ramp successfully during the first 90 days of their career with Florida Home360. This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and passionate about building people. The right candidate does not need to come directly from the home improvement industry, but they must have experience managing a structured sales environment, developing new talent, and holding people accountable to standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruiting efforts for in-home sales representatives Source, screen, interview, and help hire qualified candidates Build and maintain a steady pipeline of sales candidates Run and improve the company's sales onboarding and training process Lead new-hire training classes, roleplay sessions, and development meetings Manage the first 90 days of each new rep's ramp-up period Coordinate ride-alongs, coaching, practice, and certification milestones Track progress, readiness, and performance of new reps Work closely with sales leadership to determine when reps are ready for leads and independent field activity Help reinforce company scripts, sales process, product knowledge, and presentation standards Support lead issuance and early-stage accountability for new reps Identify underperforming reps early and help create development plans Continuously improve training structure, recruiting process, and retention of new hires
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting, training, onboarding, or developing salespeople Experience in a structured sales environment with scripts, KPIs, and accountability Strong organizational and follow-through skills Strong communication, coaching, and leadership ability Comfortable running meetings, roleplays, and one-on-one development sessions Able to track performance and hold people accountable Experience in home improvement, solar, home services, timeshare, telecom, or another high-accountability sales environment is a plus Management experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus Compensation will be based on experience
