Job Description
Job Description The Epic Training Project Manager Consultant will lead the design, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive training program supporting a large-scale Epic implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience building Epic training programs from the ground up, including managing classroom logistics, Super User programs, and organization-wide readiness. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Epic, IT, and operational leadership to align training with future-state workflows, track milestones, and mitigate risks. Post-go-live, this role will drive sustainment, optimization, and ongoing training initiatives to ensure long-term adoption and success.
