Job Overview Personal Trainer - Independent ContractorAtlas Performance Center Atlas Performance Center is looking for a motivated, high-energy Personal Trainer to join our growing team in Atlas Performance Center. We are a performance-driven facility focused on helping clients move better, perform better, and feel better through strength training, functional movement, recovery, and sports performance. We work with a wide range of clients including athletes, active adults, and individuals looking to improve overall health and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainer looking to build their own name, brand, and client base within a high-level training and wellness environment. Position Type Independent Contractor Flexible scheduling 50/50 revenue split on all training clients brought in by the trainer What We're Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent preferred) Strong understanding of functional training and movement-based programming Experience working with athletes is a major plus Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and professionalism Self-motivated individual looking to grow their own business and reputation Existing client base is preferred but not required Responsibilities Conduct personal training sessions and program design Build and maintain your own client roster Deliver high-quality coaching focused on movement quality, strength, performance, and results Create a positive and motivating training environment Collaborate with our chiropractic, recovery, and wellness team when appropriate Maintain professionalism and cleanliness throughout the facility What We Offer High-end performance and wellness facility Opportunity for referrals from an established client base Access to recovery and wellness services Collaborative team environment Freedom to grow your own personal brand and business Exposure to athletes and active clientele Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is passionate about training, enjoys working with athletes and active individuals, and wants to be part of a performance-focused culture while continuing to build their own career and clientele.
