What You'll Do:
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training (ILT & VILT) Create and support high-impact learning programs Partner with leaders to align training with business goals Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
What You Bring:
3-5 years in a financial institution (teller experience preferred) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to simplify complex concepts Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Self-motivated with sound decision-making skills Why Join Us?
