Group Coordinator Lead
  • Trainer Shift:
    7:00am
  • 3:00pm
Monday-Friday Pay:
$21.75 per hour In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Strong understanding of all departments and equipment in the warehouse. Prior experience training new team members. At least 1 year of experience operating different forklifts. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and computers. Role Purpose :
Leads Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.
Key Accountabilities :
Support and lead the trainers at the site. Create effective training presentations and be able to present them to associates. Create training programs for individual functionality defaulting under a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Create conceptual Standard Operating Procedures for high level overviews at the customer level. Prepare detailed work instructions for individual functionality defaulting under a WMS. Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers. Support operations as needed by leadership.
Required Education and Experience :
