Job Description

We are STS Systems Defense, LLC (SSD), a consulting and contracting firm supporting several federal agencies and military installations across the nations. SSD is seeking a new team member for our growing company.
What You'll Do:
UMD and UPMR Analysis:
Analyze, track, and manage the 116 ACW Unit Manpower Document (UMD) and Unit Personnel Management Roster (UPMR). The contractor shall identify billet misalignments, vacancies, and required shifts to support the divestment of the JSTARS mission. The contractor shall provide an embedded Manpower Conversion Officer to execute critical manpower transitions, manage the Unit Manpower Document (UMD), and facilitate the divestment and conversion to new mission sets (Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Battle Management Control). This contractor will require immediate access to Special Access Programs (SAP) and Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
Manpower Transition Planning:
Develop, draft, and recommend comprehensive manpower transition plans for the stand-up of the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) and Battle Management Control missions. The contractor shall ensure these plans align with NGB and ACC directives. To ensure seamless mission continuity and avoid unacceptable delays, this performance requires an individual with over 30 years of direct, historical knowledge of the 116 ACW's force structure, acquired through executive command experience (specifically former Colonel O-6 executive level expertise required / Vice Wing Commander and Mission Support Group Commander level knowledge base), and intricate applied knowledge of National Guard Bureau (NGB) and Air Combat Command (ACC) manpower transition policies.
Organizational and Authorization Change Requests:
Draft Organizational Change Requests (OCRs) and Authorization Change Requests (ACRs) on behalf of the 116 ACW for submission to NGB and ACC. The contractor shall ensure all packages are formatted correctly and justified according to Air Force manpower standards (AFI 38-101).
