Customer Development and Support Specialist Description:
Think Safe is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full-time Customer Development and Support Specialist. If you have a passion for helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively Reach out to existing and prospective customers about Think Safe offerings Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience working in an office setting is desired Basic customer support skills with proficiency in computers, email, Windows, and phones A strong desire to help people and learn in a dynamic environment A willingness to reach out to prospective customers with needs that match Think Safe offerings Ability to work in an environment with continual workflow that needs priority re-assessments and ability to shift attention quickly to clients with urgent needs
