Medical (Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield) Dental (Delta Dental) Vision (VSP) PTO (extra 24 hours at 60 days) Click here for more information Diamond Vogel is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator to support our Corporate Training team and help create a strong, effective learning experience for employees across the organization. This role plays an important part in coordinating training programs, supporting onboarding, and partnering with leaders to enhance employee development while ensuring the effective use and continuous improvement of our learning management system. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working with employees and leaders across various teams.
Schedule:
20-30 hours per week Responsibilities Coordinate and manage training programs across multiple locations and teams Assign, track, and report on employee training progress Partner with leaders to enhance existing training and develop new materials Support onboarding efforts for new employees Assist employees with questions and troubleshooting related to the learning management system Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and systems, including supporting training audits Coordinate training initiatives such as Business Acumen and Power Skills programs Promote company values and support a culture of safety and compliance Perform other related duties as needed Qualifications
Required:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new systems
Preferred:
