We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trainer/Sales Associates.

Job Description:

As a TSA at Hotworx, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrared sauna workouts and helping our clients have a safe and effective experience. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the studio, assisting clients with their workouts, and growing the customer base through new membership sales (paid commission).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist clients with enthusiasm, providing information about our services and membership options. Ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients. Address client inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Membership Sales and Prospecting:

Promote and sell Hotworx memberships and retail products to prospective and current clients. Assist with membership sign-ups and renewals. Keep records of client attendance and assist with scheduling appointments.

Studio Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, including saunas, equipment, and common areas. Ensure that saunas are properly sanitized after each use. Perform routine equipment checks to ensure functionality and safety.

Client Assistance:

Assist clients with setting up and using sauna equipment correctly. Monitor clients during their workouts to ensure they are using the equipment safely and effectively. Provide guidance on proper sauna workout techniques and answer any questions.

Safety and Emergency Procedures:

Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and ensure the safety of clients at all times. Act responsibly in case of emergencies and follow established protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related role is a plus. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A passion for fitness and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Able to attain CPR certification once hired
