This position combines hands-on technical expertise, training, and advanced troubleshooting to ensure technicians deliver high-quality service on precision measuring equipment. Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop Field Service Technicians and trainees Provide technical support (phone & on-site) for CMMs, vision systems, linear scales, and related equipment Develop and implement training programs aligned with A2LA quality standards Conduct field audits to ensure technician competency and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Collaborate with internal teams to support technicians and customers Coordinate and administer ongoing training programs Maintain and distribute technical documentation and updates Stay current on new products and training developments Qualifications Associate degree (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of technical experience in field service, manufacturing, or related environment Experience with precision measuring equipment (CMM, vision systems, etc.) preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experienced training, mentoring, or coaching technicians preferred Valid driver's license required Schedule & Travel Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Travel up to 35% (including customer and field visits)

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$82,000 - $90,000 Minimum 17 days
