Training Coordinator

Falcon CPR Training is a community-driven emergency training company focused on providing high-quality CPR, First Aid, AED, and emergency response training throughout the Chicago area. We are currently seeking an organized, dependable, and professional individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. This is a part-time operational support position with opportunities for long-term growth as Falcon CPR Training continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

Schedule instructors and classes Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly Assist students and clients with course and scheduling questions Coordinate student reschedules and scheduling adjustments Scan, upload, and organize exams and training paperwork Generate and upload operational documents and course paperwork Assist with administrative and operational support tasks Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all communication

Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented mindset Reliable, dependable, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Professional demeanor and calm communication style Basic computer and administrative skills required Prior scheduling, customer service, administrative, healthcare office, or service industry experience preferred but not required

Additional Information:

This is NOT a teaching position at this time Part-time position: 16-24 hours per week Paid training period at adjusted training rate Starting pay after successful completion of training: $20-$22/hour depending on experience and performance Structured growth path available as Falcon CPR Training continues to grow Position expected to begin during the first week of June Initial training period expected to last approximately 14 days During training, additional scheduling flexibility may occasionally be required

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
