What You'll Do New Employee Orientation:

Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new warehouse employees to introduce them to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Training Delivery:

Deliver engaging and informative training sessions using various methods, such as hands-on training, classroom instruction, and digital tools.

Skills Assessment:

Assess the skills and performance of warehouse employees to identify areas for improvement and development.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all training content emphasizes safety regulations and compliance, and that employees are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of training sessions, employee progress, and certification records.

Continuous Improvement:

Keep abreast of industry best practices and evolving warehouse technologies to continually improve and update training materials.

Feedback and Evaluation:

Collect feedback from trainees and supervisor to make necessary adjustments to training programs.

Shift Flexibility:

Be available and adaptable to accommodate training needs across all shifts, including weekends if necessary.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the Trainer must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following requirements are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill and ability required.

Education/Experience:

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations and training. Proven knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices. Ability to work with diverse groups and tailor training to different learning styles. Attentive to details with excellent organizational abilities.
