$25 - $30 per hour Summary This position processes transactions in the Learning Management System (LMS) per company training programs while supporting day-to-day training operations. The role exists to provide additional support while full-time staff focus on an LMS system upgrade. Primary responsibilities include managing LMS transactions, responding to training-related requests, and supporting training operations. Project implementation experience may be required for initial plan design and enhancements, including executing testing and providing feedback on system changes. Responsibilities Process LMS transactions including training assignments, rosters, certifications, external training, and training plan changes Monitor help desk inbox and respond to training-related questions Deliver training and facilitate group learning in diverse settings Design learning interventions to meet defined business needs Work with management to define organizational objectives and assist in course design Execute testing and provide feedback on LMS system changes Attend daily team touchpoints and collaborate with internal stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (5+ years) in a learning, technical, or closely related discipline, or sufficient practical and transferable experience to demonstrate equivalence Experience processing transactions in an LMS, document management, or change management system Strong communication and customer service skills (including support for leadership) Proactive communication and collaboration with team and stakeholders Understanding of human learning concepts and experience designing learning interventions to meet business needs Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Preferred Qualifications Experience with SmartSolve LMS Experience creating or updating training materials or documents Instructional, teaching, training, or team leadership experience Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate Industry experience in medical or pharmaceutical environments Systems & Tools SmartSolve LMS Microsoft Teams Outlook Microsoft Office Suite #LI-MS1
