This role focuses on delivering high‑impact, pre‑designed training programs to a wide range of audiences, from frontline employees to senior leaders. What You'll DoDeliver in‑person and virtual training workshops using established learning contentFacilitate inclusive, engaging sessions while adapting delivery in real time to audience needsEffectively manage group dynamics, field questions, and navigate unexpected situationsCollaborate with stakeholders to assess development needs and provide program feedbackCoordinate training logistics including schedules, venues, delivery methods, and materialsMaintain attendance records and manage training tools and resourcesSupport continuous improvement of development programs using participant feedback and best practicesShape the leaders of tomorrow—while continuing to grow your own influence as a facilitator.
