at Department of Human Services in Rushville, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Overview The Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery is seeking to hire a Staff Development Technician I for the Treatment and Detention Facility located in Rushville, Illinois. This position conducts training sessions for the staff at the Treatment and Detention Facility. Serves as the back-up administrator for the computer-based learning system. Assists in maintaining a training library for staff use. Assists in the administration of the Security Therapy Aide Trainee training program. Essential Functions Conducts training sessions for the staff at the Treatment and Detention Facility. Participates in the development of training. Serves as the backup administrator for the computer-based learning system. Assists in maintaining a training library for staff use. Assists in the administration of the Security Therapy Aide Trainee training program.
