The Training Coordinor assists with managing the non-technical training program, which includes administrive, hazardous merial, logistics, managerial, office automion, safety, and human relions courses. All duties of the Training Coordinor are directly reled to ensuring employees within the Technical Operion organizions are trained properly, and their qualificions and certificions, where applicable, are documented correctly. Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities. Maintains knowledge of FAA training requirements, polices and processes. Demonstres considerable independence in planning time and assisting the Senior Training Coordinor plan and use assigned resources to accomplish projects/programs/activities. Ensures all prerequisite training, enrollment and pre-course counseling forms are completed in a timely manner. Consults with the coordinor or manager to identify training needs and transle them into training opportunities and/or training plans. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish assignments. Assignments may require knowledge and experience working across functional and/or organizional lines.

compiling, tracking and analyzing da to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; providing guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operions; identifying, analyzing, and recommending solutions for complex/difficult problems; and recommending improvements to systems and processes. Collabores, with the coordinor and management to develop comprehensive training merial for non-technical training required to meet current needs which cannot be sisfied by training available from within the FAA, computer-based instruction mode, or out-of-agency. Reviews, evalues, advises, tracks, and reports employee's training and certificion stus on systems and services th support the Nional Airspace System (NAS). Ensures the coordinor and management are kept apprised of the organizion's non-technical and technical training needs and trends. Resolves most problems and work issues without the assistance of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. Develops and recommends approaches to address current and anticiped problems and issues. Works with management and/or more experienced professionals to solve problems.
