), GS-0080-09 , you will serve as the subject mter expert in managing the Security Forces Squadron program to include Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployments, formal training programs, and readiness and emergency management. Provides guidance and recommendions to the squadron commander on all aspects of SF programs for military personnel management, budget and management analysis, training, and training resources for drill-stus personnel. " Must pass initial formal law enforcement training school as determined by functional (NGB/A7S). Must undergo initial and periodic job compibility assessments. Must obtain and maintain current required certificions in self-aid buddy care and first-aid. Upon selection, this position will require the completion of AF Instructor Methodology Course and other approved principle of instruction course approved by functional manager. The position is designed for drug testing. The work may require the incumbent to drive a motor vehicle and an approprie, valid driver's license required. The incumbent may be required to travel in military and/or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty assignments.

Learned ability to assess the surrounding environment to recognize immedie risk levels.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Musthave 1 year equivalent to least next lower grade level. Knowledge and understanding of Air Force, Nional Guard, and organizional structure, missions, and responsibilities. Knowledge of Security Forces (SF) reports and analysis of functions of informion, industrial, and personnel security concepts, principles, and practices to participe in the planning and implemention of security training programs in these areas. Ability to establish effective working relionships with SF branch and section chiefs, contributing to a cooperive work environment and successful accomplishment of the mission. Ability to instruct training courses in a classroom seminar setting.
ANG QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for the Nional Guard Dual Stus Series 0080, GS-09, the incumbent must have least 24-months experience, educion, or training in planning, directing, coordining, and controlling installion and law enforcement activities. The incumbent must have experience providing training in areas reled to this position and analyzing reports of investigions and maintaining security records.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
No special physical effort or ability is required to perform the work. Typically the work is performed while sitting; however, there may be some walking, standing, bending, carrying of light items, driving a vehicle, etc.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is generally performed in a well-heed, lighted, and ventiled office setting. Normal, everyday risks are encountered in going to and from offices and buildings, traveling by military and commercial transportion while performing temporary duty away from the permanent duty stion.
