• Required field. Lead/Trainer The Job Center Staffing is hiring associates for Lead/Trainers on 2nd shift in Florence, KY. This is a great opportunity for a temp to hire placement! Compensation/Shift/Benefits of Lead/Trainer
• $19/hr
• 4:30pm-1am Sun-Fri
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO
• Eligibility for the Work and Win program
• Rent/Mortgage paid for a year
• Unlimited $150 Referral Bonus Responsibilities of Lead/Trainer
• Train new associates that come in
• Conduct meetings
• Evaluate associates work
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision Requirements of the Lead/Trainer
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
