Full Job Description SUMMARY:
Implements job-specific training programs for company employees and performs administrative functions for assigned training programs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate Teller & CSR Training Programs. Develop, prepare, distribute, and monitor training programs as required. Maintain knowledge level of changing technology and advances in learning and development processes. Continually update programs facilitated for content and methods of delivery. Determine effective training methodology to be used for each identified training need. Obtain and maintain professional certification through internal and external educational requirements. Maintain appropriate level of training supplies and materials for scheduled classes. Develop and manage training schedule of assigned programs. Participate as an instructor in other training programs as required. Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years teller experience. Some college or continuing education preferred. General working knowledge of banking preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrative creative skills and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent PC skills with working knowledge of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint Ability to work on and complete tasks simultaneously. Ability to set-up training rooms (including moving personal computers, tables and chairs). Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds. Valid driver's license.
