Job Description
- up, engage, and assist customers and Training Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist instructors during in-person and virtual CAD training sessions. Prepare training materials prior to class events, including workstation setup, sample files, tutorials, and handouts. Monitor participant progress during sessions and provide feedback to instructors to enhance the learning experience. Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training content to ensure alignment with course objectives. Create, record, audit, and monitor customer-facing Online Academy platforms to support customer satisfaction and retention. Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to support administrative tasks such as scheduling and post-session evaluations. Support LMS platform modernization initiatives. Conduct GV Manual Certification audits.Basic Qualifications:
Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) with hands-on experience in design or drafting workflows. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.Preferred Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and supporting users of varying skill levels. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Technical writing skills are a plus. Knowledge of additional design or engineering software is a bonus. This role requires candidates to have work authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
