The CX Operations Learning & Development Planner designs and delivers training programs that support the development of Stuller associates within our Customer Experience and Logistics Operations teams. This role partners with cross-functional leaders to implement effective learning strategies that improve performance, customer satisfaction, and operational outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both in person and virtually, for new and existing CX and Logistics Operations associates. Create engaging, interactive learning experiences that support skill development and performance improvement. Manage and maintain learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS). Track training completion and performance metrics to identify development opportunities. Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and operational priorities. Develop and refine learning materials, methods, and activities to improve individual and team performance. Analyze and report on training effectiveness, outcomes, and improvement opportunities. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance training programs and related processes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role. 1-2 years of instructor-led training or facilitation experience. Experience with curriculum development and content creation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting learning initiatives in a customer experience or service-focused environment. Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, or similar content-creation platforms. Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive initiatives with minimal oversight. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with LMS or CRM platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
