JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Technical Training Developer to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One program. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training content and media supporting cloud services and capabilities across a secure, multi-cloud environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating structured training programs, developing video-based and self-paced learning content, and delivering instructor-led training for technical audiences. This role will support the development of modern training materials including cloud labs, online workshops, and instructional media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and update technical training courses and associated training catalogs
Prepare instructor materials including course outlines, lesson plans, background materials, and training aids
Develop student-facing materials including manuals, workbooks, handouts, assessments, and course completion documentation
Design and produce training videos and digital learning content supporting Cloud One services and capabilities
Develop self-paced training modules, online workshops, and interactive learning experiences
Deliver instructor-led training including classroom sessions, workshops, and seminars
Create and maintain hands-on lab guides and technical training documentation using Markdown and related tools
Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud teams to translate technical capabilities into effective training content
Support training on cloud networking concepts including Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) where applicable
Maintain training content within version-controlled repositories and learning platforms
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or related field
Experience developing training materials for technical or IT-focused environments
Experience creating video-based training content and digital learning modules
Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Working knowledge of documentation tools including Markdown and collaboration platforms (GitLab, Confluence, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer-facing or instructional roles
Active Secret Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
IAT Level II certification required
